๋࣭ ⭑ I dont use AI in my art.
๋࣭ ⭑ English is not my mother language, so please don’t use slang or acronyms when you tell me about your idea.
๋࣭ ⭑ Visual references are strongly recommended, but written descriptions are accepted too with additional $5-$25 add-on.
๋࣭ ⭑ Any files that you provide me (references, logos, art, etc.) must be via Google Drive.
๋࣭ ⭑ Usually the time for a commission to be completed can take up to 3 months and more depending on factors such as: my health, complexity, the order size, etc.
๋࣭ ⭑ I don't work with high resolutions and usually do art only for the web.
๋࣭ ⭑ I don't provide files in .psd (or any other with layers).
๋࣭ ⭑ All my artworks are for personal use only.
๋࣭ ⭑ I have the right to cancel a commission without explanation.

▾PROCESS AND REVISIONS๋࣭ ⭑ Max 3 minor revisions on sketch stage. Additional revisions will be charged $2 per revision.
๋࣭ ⭑ If you have approved the sketch, I’ll keep on working until the art is done.
๋࣭ ⭑ I use different filters and gradient maps. It changes the original colors of your character in the final product. Please give me a proper visual reference with the clean colors.

▾PAYMENT AND REFUND๋࣭ ⭑ Full prepayment via Hipolink tips (preferable, you can use paypal for it) or Easystart.
๋࣭ ⭑ I will start the commission when payment is received, NOT before.

ONCE THE PAYMENT IS MADE, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

▾COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICYThe artist holds every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.The following is considered Copyright infringement (and therefore NOT allowed):

(meaning making money off of it in any way)
๋࣭ ⭑ Altering the artwork without my, the artists, consent
๋࣭ ⭑ Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork
๋࣭ ⭑ Removing any watermark / signaturesI am allowed to:
✶ Post it wherever I wish to
✶ Display it anywhere to my liking
✶ Promote myself with it in any place or siteThe commissioners are allowed to:
✶ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless discussed otherwise
✶ Print the art, and claim the right of their character/s but not the drawing itself
✶ Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artistIf you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
